Pre-order olio nuovo from the upcoming harvest. We will harvest and press our olives thorough October, expecting to start around October 23th of this year. Each bottle will display the specific harvest date on the front label. Our extra virgin olive oil is single origin, early harvest, high altitude, unfiltered extra virgin olive oil, picked and pressed on the same day. Pre-orders will be delivered/shipped in early November.
